Let’s all get outside and enjoy this sunshine and flowers during a walk

Set yourself small, realistic goals for your activity. For example, saying something like, “Tomorrow I will start with a 10-minute walk at lunchtime”.

If you get regular physical activity, it’s likely you will live longer, feel more energetic, have stronger bones and muscles, and feel happier and more relaxed. 

Be active with friends, family, and your partner or join a group. 

We have a walking group every Monday at 1pm. This is a 30 minute low intensity walk
