We are experiencing a “bottleneck” in our reception area. We need to keep the narrow table to maintain a safe distance for our receptionists but this takes up space. We have purchased another Tyro machine so we can spread out our reception services.
Ideally we would like you to check in with the receptionist who is closest to the door. They will ask you the screening questions for COVID and check your phone number, address and Medicare details. When you have completed your appointment we would like you to wait in the hallway near where Margie usually sits and the receptionist there will make any follow up appointments etc and complete your billing. We will then ask you to leave by the back door into the carpark.
